Wildlife and nature photographer C.C. Lockwood works prolifically through exhibitions, books, lectures, films, and organizations to draw attention to the “fragile ecosystems whose preservation shapes his artistry.” While Lockwood has won numerous honors for work in these multiple arenas, his body of nature photographs remains his most impressive achievement. In addition to scenes, people, and wildlife from across the U.S., Lockwood captures images from the Yucatán Peninsula, the Caribbean Islands, and Portugal.
